Children / youth who are developmentally handicapped, psychotic, autistic / pervasive development disorder, or in need of acute medical or detoxification are not accepted and are redirected to a more appropriate community resource.

Any individual who poses a substantial likelihood of physical harm to self or others as demonstrated by an attempt or threat to physically harm self or others, if the behaviour is beyond the management capabilities of the program and staff, will not be served by the Healing Centre Program.
